Where every plate is a celebration
It all began in 2010 at Salem Junction — a single outlet with a simple mission: serve the most honest, flavourful briyani Tamil Nadu had ever tasted. The Seeraga Samba grain was chosen deliberately. Its short, fragrant grains absorb the dum like no other rice can.
From that first kitchen, AM Briyani grew one city at a time — Gugai, Four Roads, Erode, Namakkal, Sankagiri, and finally Trichy. Each branch carries the same sealed pot, the same fire, the same recipe.
